Greenfield Commons I is an affordable housing development in Greenfield, California, currently under construction with completion expected in 2025. As EAH Housing's first modular construction project, this two-phase development will provide 100 garden-style apartments for families connected to the local agriculture sector. Located on a 5.45-acre site in the southern Salinas Valley, the community will feature a modern building, recreational areas, indoor and outdoor spaces, and a community garden, all designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification and offset 100% of energy consumption through renewable sources.
